Actors Tyler Posey and Crystal Reed were able to share some exclusive details on what’s to come in Season 2. For Crystal, she insists that it’s not about who Allison loves, but who Allison can rely on at the end of the day. “The major theme of Season 2 is trust,” she says, “and I think Allison is stuck between the trust of her friends and the trust of her family. Some pretty nasty things start happening, and I think everyone just wants to get out of high school alive!”

On the other hand, Tyler Posey seems just as weary of his character’s future with the girl of his dreams. “There’s definitely a lot of factors that could interfere with their relationship,” he confesses. “She’s very loyal to her family, so she has both sides to deal with.”

One relationship Tyler was eager to talk about was that with his best friend and co-star Dylan O’Brien, who plays sidekick Stiles: “He’s my best friend. The first day we met, over 2 years ago at auditions, we were both these stupid 18-year old kids, and we hit it off right away… We have an awesome bromance relationship- it’s even better this year. And it makes it so easy to come on set and work, I love it. It doesn’t even feel like work. We have so many things in common. We both play music. We like all the same things. We’re both into girls.”
