Happy New Year! Back in December, Tyler and co-star Holland Roden visited Wolf Connection, a wolf rescue center and sanctuary in California. WC is a “youth education and empowerment program that uses their rescued wolfdogs to help young women and men “reconnect with nature, learn to be of service by responsibly caring for another being, and work towards becoming the kind of person they want to be.”
Watch Tyler and Holland talk to the people volunteering at WC as well as some adorable moments with some very enthusisastic wolf dogs below.
Hello everyone! So I’ve been away for the holidays, but I thought it would be good to catch up on every thing ahead of the New Year with one final official 2012 post:
We’ve gotten so many great pics from the TW set in the past couple of weeks. Check them out in the Season 3 Behind the Scenes album!
This has made the rounds already, but MTV has released a video from the first day of shooting for Teen Wolf S3. Watch the cast in action and Tyler and Dylan read fan mail. If you can’t view the video, check it out on Youtube.
Some pics of Tyler and Seana out at the Grove in LA on Christmas Eve, courtesy of Just Jared.
Hope you’re still voting for Teen Wolf – 3 more days left to vote and Scott is losing the Most Lovable Monster poll!
I should be putting up a little highlights post tomorrow, so check that out. And also, new layout this week!
Thanks a lot to HollanRoden.com.br, we’ve got some outtakes from the Teen Wolf’s cast Comic Con Photoshoot for Entertainment Weekly. Check out Tyler and Dylan especially!
Happy Weekend everyone, and Happy Hanukkah to those who celebrate it! Here’s all the little big news bites from the past few days.
Teen Wolf Season 3 production is in full swing, and the Teen Wolf Tumblr will be posting a picture EVERY DAY from the set. Be sure to follow them there if you have a Tumblr or on Twitter. We’re all eagerly awaiting the new season, and from the looks of some of these BTS shots, it’s going to be INTENSE. Hopefully we won’t have to wait as long for the premiere this time around! Tyler himself has been pretty quiet since they started shooting, but we know it’s all for a good reason! Sending out love and luck from all of the fans!
Cyndi has a new blog post up finally, check it out here. She talks about Tyler and Jesse’s birthdays. She also talks about the fake Facebook page that I mentioned some time back that’s been notoriously misleading fans and posting pictures from unknown sources. Spread the word, everyone!
Tyler’s super adorable girlfriend, Seana will be celebrating her birthday tomorrow, Dec 10th. Be sure to send her all the birthday love: @seanagorlick.
Finally, with the year ending, the site has been looking for something to do to once again celebrate Tyler’s great year, and I’m open to suggestions. Due to external hiccups I was never able to put up his birthday tribute (it was awesome, in my opinion), so there’s a chance that might go up towards the year end instead. Also, we will FINALLY be getting a redesign soon, and I’m excited for everyone to see it! It’s going to be something really different.
Teen Wolf is back! Sort of. Tyler and Executive Producer Jeff Davis shared some pictures from the first table read of Season 3 yesterday. Yay! Shooting for the new 24-episode season is scheduled to start on December 3rd in Los Angeles. Hopefully we’ll be getting pictures from the set to ease the pain of waiting
Missing from the action was former co-star, Colton Haynes, who decided to not return to the show. Talking to The Hollywood Reporter recently, Tyler said, ‘There was talk about him doing this after the first season so we were kind of used to it, but then it actually happened. It definitely sucks, it’s definitely weird. It’s gonna be weird to film it without him, but we have a good group of people on our show and we’ll survive.’
Teen Wolf Season 3 will premiere sometime in 2013.
Thanks to MTV Geek, we finally have the full part of the Teen Wolf Panel from New York Comic Con in high quality! Watch the first part below, and check out parts 2 and 3′s links below. Here’s to hoping the rest of the coverage comes out soon
Tyler and Jeff Davis attended the 3rd day of New York Comic Con on October 13th. I waited a bit on this post because I was hoping for more event pictures, but not many have come out. I added a few shots of Tyler at the Teen Wolf panel. For a summary of the spoilers and answers, check our tumblr here.
UPDATE: More pictures from the panel and comic book signing! Big thanks to skfalckp93. for sending them!
Still no full video of the panel out yet. Will post when it’s available. Till then watch some other interviews below, thanks to all the uploaders!
While in Penrith, Australia for Heroes and Villains, Tyler chatted with geek’D, a pop culture blog about his visit, the show, and his non-acting plans for the future. Thanks to Justin for the head’s up and the pics!
geek’D: Tyler, welcome to Australia! Is this your first time here?
Tyler Posey: Is this my first time to Australia? Yeah definitely. I got here Monday, and I spent the first four days in Sydney. It was literally the most beautiful place I’ve ever been to. I haven’t been to too many places. I’ve been to Brazil and Argentina and London. Actually, I guess I’ve been to a lot but, like, this is definitely the most beautiful place. I feel completely at home. Every shop is a skate and surf shop and it’s like “That’s my style dude”. I brought my skateboard! I’m just having so much fun. I really, really enjoy it.
geek’D: Season two of Teen Wolf just finished up in the states. What do you personally think that the fans have responded to with this season and the show in general?
Tyler: I just learned what “shipping” was. (laughs) It’s when they put two different characters together that really shouldn’t be together. So I guess the fans really like Stiles and Derek together. So I think that’s been the biggest response to far. It’s very odd! Our fans are a little peculiar sometimes, but I don’t know. I think, there’s a lot more to the show than that! (laughs) You know there’s a lot of stuff that happened this season that I think some of the fans missed. We have a very funny fan base you know? But yeah, the show was really really good this season, I think, one of the things that they noticed was that like Scott was the hero in the end. He had a plan the whole time. He was really badass!
Tyler has been in Sydney since Monday and doing a little press ahead of the Heroes and Villains convention this weekend, but we finally got pictures (of his beard! his new haircut!! wow!) thanks to Penrith Press.
Posey said he was looking forward to meeting his many fans at the expo and that he was even considering a move to Sydney in the future.
“I have been to lots of conventions like this in the States and England so I’m kind of a pro at it,” he said.
“This is the first time I have been to Australia and Sydney is literally the most beautiful place I have ever seen in my life.
“I am a skateboarder and a surfer so Sydney is heaven to me and I would even consider living here because I love it.”
Posey said he enjoyed the “fun and supportive atmosphere” of events like Heroes and Villains.
“I really enjoy events like these because they have such a fun atmosphere and everyone is so supportive, so I was really happy to some here to Penrith,” he said.
“I want to thank the fans for supporting me. You are all beautiful and I can’t wait to meet you all and sign anything you want.”
