AXS Live dropped by Tyler’s photoshoot for Troix Mag with his band on Saturday 9th (from where he tweeted the above pic), where he chatted about the group and officially announced that Lost in Kostko has changed it’s name to Disappearing Jamie. He also talked about Teen Wolf season 3. It seems there’s another interview with the rest of the band but it’s not out yet. Watch below:
…with the election right around the corner, we decided to get political. We asked celebs: If you were running for president what would be your campaign song? A$AP Rocky and Mac Miller mentioned their owns songs (Shameless promotion boys but you’re both still so ridiculously CUTE.) Teen Wolf’s Tyler Posey created his own song on the spot and Alicia Keys was totally LOLing over her campaign song. You can see it all for yourself in the video below.
ClevverTV chats with Tyler on the VMA Red Carpet about music and the show. He also reveals the band will be changing their name from ‘Lost in Kostko’ to ‘Disappearing Jamie’. Interesting stuff, hopefully we’ll get more info on that soon.
As we all know, on October 18th, Tyler will be turning 21. To honor this, the site will be doing something special, and we’d like the fans to be part of it. I won’t go into detail about this (it’s a surprise!!) so it may not sound like much right now, but it will hopefully be awesome.
We’re looking for short messages of the following nature: Continue Reading »
While in Penrith, Australia for Heroes and Villains, Tyler chatted with geek’D, a pop culture blog about his visit, the show, and his non-acting plans for the future. Thanks to Justin for the head’s up and the pics!
geek’D: Tyler, welcome to Australia! Is this your first time here?
Tyler Posey: Is this my first time to Australia? Yeah definitely. I got here Monday, and I spent the first four days in Sydney. It was literally the most beautiful place I’ve ever been to. I haven’t been to too many places. I’ve been to Brazil and Argentina and London. Actually, I guess I’ve been to a lot but, like, this is definitely the most beautiful place. I feel completely at home. Every shop is a skate and surf shop and it’s like “That’s my style dude”. I brought my skateboard! I’m just having so much fun. I really, really enjoy it.
geek’D: Season two of Teen Wolf just finished up in the states. What do you personally think that the fans have responded to with this season and the show in general?
Tyler: I just learned what “shipping” was. (laughs) It’s when they put two different characters together that really shouldn’t be together. So I guess the fans really like Stiles and Derek together. So I think that’s been the biggest response to far. It’s very odd! Our fans are a little peculiar sometimes, but I don’t know. I think, there’s a lot more to the show than that! (laughs) You know there’s a lot of stuff that happened this season that I think some of the fans missed. We have a very funny fan base you know? But yeah, the show was really really good this season, I think, one of the things that they noticed was that like Scott was the hero in the end. He had a plan the whole time. He was really badass!
While in Sydney, Tyler dropped by popular radio show ‘Hot 30 Countdown’ on August 24th to chat about visiting Australia, the show (and shipping!), getting Punk’d and his band. Listen below:

Just Jared has put up some outtakes from Tyler’s interview/shoot (dressed in PRADA) in British mag, Wonderland, as well as a snippet of the interview:
Tyler on attending Comic Con this year: “They have some amazing afterparties. (grins) It’s not all just dorks you know. Not that there’s anything wrong with dorks, I’m a huge dork.”
Tyler is throwing a big bash and “Everyone’s invited to my birthday.”
Many thanks to Elise Land, Milodrums and others for their picture donations of Tyler during his Q&A sessions during the convention on both days. Please if I uploaded your pictures and you want a link back/credit let me know!
There were also a lot of great stories from fans who got to meet him, I reblogged a few on them on the site Tumblr.
Also thanks to WeLuvTurtles for uploading video of part of the first Q&A on Saturday, where Tyler talks about loving working on the show and how much he loves Colton, as well as does a wolf transformation interpretive dance.
Some live-tweets of the second day of the panel are available here.
